Products and pricing — We display products and colours as accurately as possible; slight variation may occur due to screens and the handcrafted nature of our items. Prices are in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. We may update prices and availability at any time.

Orders — You will receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud; cancellations may not be possible once an order is dispatched.

Payments — We accept prepaid payments only (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets) via our payment partner.

Shipping and returns — Governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property — All site content is the property of Modern Maharani or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

Liability — To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Governing law — Governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
