Return & Exchange Policy

We want every Modern Maharani piece to feel like a love letter when it arrives. If it doesn't, here's how we make it right.

Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery
• The piece must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all tags and the brand pouch intact
• Made-to-measure, customised, and final-sale items are not eligible

How to request a return / exchange

1. Email returns@modernmaharani.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and a photo of the piece.
2. We confirm and arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours (free of cost on most pincodes).
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Exchanges ship within 3 business days.

Defective / wrong items

If you received a damaged or incorrect piece, write to us within 48 hours with photos. We replace and re-ship at no cost — no questions asked.

Refund timelines by method

• UPI: 1–3 business days
• Credit / Debit card: 5–7 business days
• Net banking: 3–5 business days
• COD orders: refunded to a bank account you nominate
